Principles

Our products follows and works on five basic principles:

ACUPRESSURE

>

Acupressure balances the body's energy by applying pressure to specific points along energy channels. The term "pressure" is misleading, since acupressure actually uses a very light touch. A practitioner uses her fingertips to make contact with the body. It's the location of the contact that's important, not the amount of pressure.

The body contains over 400 pressure points commonly used in acupuncture and acupressure treatments. Many of these are located near or on the spine, which may be pressed, massaged or otherwise manipulated to help relief pain, open nerve pathways and otherwise restore balance, or chi, to the body

FAR INFRARED HEAT

Far Infrared therapy (FIR) involves the use of Far Infrared rays to gently heal, soothe, stimulate and detox the physical body, as well as the mind.

Far Infrared Rays are invisible waves of energy that have the ability to penetrate all layers of the human physical body, penetrating into the inner-most regions of the tissues, muscles and bone.

An ancient technique, Far Infrared Therapy uses these waves, or rays, of energy to slightly elevate the surface temperature of the body. When we slightly induce a very small temperature increase, we can enhance our bodys functioning on multiple levels. Our hands, bodies and the sun emit FIR energy at all times. In Ancient China, palm healing was used to pass these infrared rays from one person to another.

Benefits:
1) Far Infrared expands capillaries which stimulates increased blood flow, regeneration, circulation and oxygenation.
2) Far Infrared is excellent for detox. Scientists in Japan report that in the FIR treatment of clogged capillary vessels, heat expands the capillaries and then initiates the start of a process to dissolve hidden toxins. Far Infrared thereby promotes elimination of fats, chemicals and toxins from the blood: Poisons, carcinogenic heavy metals - toxic substances from food processing - lactic acid, free fatty acids, and subcutaneous fat associated with aging and fatigue - excess sodium associated with hypertension - and uric acid which causes pain. Furthermore, if sebaceous glands are activated, accumulated cosmetics in pores can be eliminated through the skin (sweat and oil glands) rather than by the kidneys.
3) Far Infrared stimulates enzyme activity and metabolism. FIR heat aids in breaking down cellulite - trapped water, fat and waste.
4) Far Infrared may induce the killing of varied pathogenic (disease causing) bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites.
5) Far Infrared promotes rebuilding of injured tissue by having a positive effect on the fibroblasts (connective tissue cells necessary for the repair of injury). Furthermore, it increases growth of cells, DNA syntheses, and protein synthesis all necessary during tissue repair and regeneration. Excellent for healing burns, scar tissue and skin problems.
6) Far Infrared relieves nervous tension and relax autoneuro muscles thereby helping the body make the most of its intended healing abilities. FIR reduces soreness on nerve endings and muscle spasms, as muscle fibers are heated.
7) Far Infrared strengthens the Immune System by stimulating increased production of white blood cells (leukocytes) by the bone marrow and killer T-cells by the thymus.
8) Far Infrared strengthens the Cardiovascular System by causing heart rate and cardiac output increase, and diastolic blood pressure decrease.

MOXIBUSTION

Moxibustion is an alternative therapy that involves burning herbs and applying the resulting heat to specific points on the body.In our therapy concentrated FIR heat is applied on the specific point for treatment.

The body contains over 400 pressure points commonly used in acupuncture and acupressure treatments. Many of these are located near or on the spine, which may be pressed, massaged or otherwise manipulated to help relief pain, open nerve pathways and otherwise restore balance, or chi, to the body

Moxibustion therapy is useful for many disorders including: --digestive disorders such as diarrhea or food stagnation
--painful periods
--sexual dysfunction
--poor concentration or memory
--sports injuries
--frozen shoulders
--pain that worsens with cold
--colds and flu

MASSAGE THERAPY

The term "massage therapy" encompasses many different techniques. In general, therapists press, rub, and otherwise manipulate the muscles and other soft tissues of the body. They most often use their hands and fingers, but may use their forearms, elbows, or feet.

Massage is the practice of soft tissue manipulation with physical (anatomical), functional (physiological), and psychological methods to have a specific effect. Massage involves acting on and manipulating the body with pressure - structured, unstructured, stationary, or moving - tension, motion, or vibration, done manually or with mechanical aids. Target tissues may include muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, joints, or other connective tissue, as well as lymphatic vessels, or organs of the gastrointestinal system. Its objective is the restoration of function, release of tension and re-establishment of contour.

Spinal Massage treatment relaxes the muscles and tendons around the spine. The spinal massage relieves pressure from the spinal cord, unblocks nerves, and allows the vertebrae to move back into the correct position. This stretching massage also prepares the back for later phases of the treatment.

The body contains over 400 pressure points commonly used in acupuncture and acupressure treatments. Many of these are located near or on the spine, which may be pressed, massaged or otherwise manipulated to help relief pain, open nerve pathways and otherwise restore balance, or chi, to the body
